I am Allyson Mullins Glasscock and I have extensive experience in the fields of mortgage finance, real estate, and land development. My career began researching and resolving complex title issues for an independent land developer. I then spent over seven years, in almost every aspect of mortgage servicing at the only worldwide servicing site for one of the nation's top prime lenders. I completed my undergraduate studies at Louisiana Tech University during this time.
After relocation to Texas, I spent time recruiting both permanent and temporary mortgage and real estate staff as well as working with "first time" home buyers as a licensed Realtor. I brokered and originated mortgage loans as well as counseling my clients regarding the process of their loan application, adverse action, and current credit standing. This also included credit or identity restoration. My knowledge base expanded as I acquired extensive knowledge in the areas of wholesale, secondary market, and non-prime lending. Knowledge that was perfected during years spent in legislative analysis, legal research, risk management and compliance of several top non-prime lenders. In 2004 I earned the degree of Master of Laws in Law while specializing in real and intellectual property law.
